About this file
This document contains two federal certification forms for Foxster Opco, LLC doing business as CTS Software, specifically the Certification of Restrictions on Lobbying and the Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension, Proposed Debarment, and Other Responsibility Matters. The documents are part of Invitation No. 003-24, appear to be related to a federal transportation procurement, and are signed by Derek Platow, the Director of Business Development, on June 22nd, 2023. The certifications are likely associated with the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT), as indicated by the file naming convention.
The certifications confirm the company's compliance with federal regulations, specifically U.S. Department of Transportation (U.S. DOT) requirements. The documents attest that the company has not used federal funds for lobbying, is not currently debarred or suspended from federal transactions, and has not been convicted of fraud or other criminal offenses in connection with public transactions within the past three years. While the specific goods or services are not detailed in these certification documents, they appear to be preparatory paperwork for a potential transportation-related contract or project, with the company affirming its eligibility and ethical standing for federal funding and participation.
