About this file

This document is a revised state-supplied price sheet for Bid Solicitation Number 25DPP01191 issued by the State of New Jersey Department of the Treasury, Division of Purchase and Property, Procurement Bureau. The solicitation is effective as of August 1, 2025, and solicits bids from vendors for a statewide contract to supply OEM automotive parts and accessories for light duty vehicles.

The contract encompasses OEM automotive parts and accessories for ten vehicle manufacturers: General Motors, Chevrolet, Ford, Dodge/RAM, Jeep, Chrysler, Toyota, Nissan, Isuzu, and Honda, with each manufacturer line item representing one lot. Bidders must submit a firm, fixed percentage discount or markup from product catalogs or price lists for each manufacturer line, clearly designating whether the percentage constitutes a discount (with a minus sign) or a markup (with a plus sign). Bidders are required to identify which regions they will serve—North, Central, and/or South—by marking an "X" in the applicable region fields. The price sheet also requires bidders to specify delivery timeframes for both stocked and non-stocked deliveries. Additionally, the solicitation includes provisions for a cash discount for expedited payment and establishes a separate price line for agency-use only, covering expedited delivery charges, restocking fees, and return shipping charges for OEM automotive parts, on which bidders are prohibited from submitting bids.
