About this file
The document is a Bid Amendment (#3) issued by the New Jersey Department of the Treasury, Division of Purchase and Property, Procurement Bureau for Bid Solicitation #25DPP01119. The solicitation is for the New Jersey Department of Health (NJDOH) and relates to a T2555 Internet-Based Patient Safety Adverse Event Reporting System. The amendment is dated April 17, 2025, with a quote submission due date of May 2, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
The bid amendment provides answers to questions submitted during the second electronic Question and Answer period, focusing on potential system enhancements and future considerations. The document indicates that additional work or system enhancements may be required based on emerging NJDOH rules and regulations, which can be negotiated later between the awarded contractor and NJDOH. Several questions regarding user licensing, perpetual licenses, and post-contract maintenance were deferred, with the state noting that these topics are not eligible for discussion during this current amendment phase. The amendment emphasizes that all other instructions, terms, and conditions of the original bid solicitation remain unchanged.
