IDPH needs a Vendor to provide space to store this equipment and potential space if IDPH requires an increase in operational tempo during a large-scale emergency. The logistic partner shall also assist with maintaining, shipping, and tracking medical supplies and equipment inventory to ensure effective rotation of and management of the existing inventory.

The storage and office space doesn't have to be one area but must be in the required sizes. This secured warehouse facility will serve as a reception center for receiving Durable medical equipment (including but not limited to pharmaceuticals, personal protective equipment, test kits, and any other items) and other related supplies and materials. This secured warehouse facility must comply with the US Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Preparedness and Response, Division of Strategic National Stockpile's Receipt, Stage, and Storage Site Survey requirements, the US Food and Drug Administration's Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP), and Illinois Title 68: Part 1330 and Federal 21 CFR 205.50.
