About this file
This is a bid tabulation document for a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Missouri Office of Administration, Division of Purchasing on behalf of various State of Missouri agencies and the Missouri Assistive Technology Council. The solicitation (STATE 0000000416SL,3) seeks an authorized reseller to supply adaptive technology products including screen readers (JAWS, QBraille XL, Focus 40), screen magnification software (ZoomText), voice input systems (Dragon Professional), alternative keyboards, pointing devices, and related accessories to individuals with disabilities. State Fiscal Year 2025 usage data indicated 228 units purchased across five product categories: 54 speech output and braille displays, 47 magnification products, 46 alternative keyboards, 31 pointing devices, and 50 miscellaneous accessories. The solicitation opened on July 8, 2026, with proposals due August 13, 2026 at 2:00 PM Central Time. Three vendors submitted responses: Curvecut Technology LLC (Response 44157), Lovidicus Holdings LLC (Response 44174), and NanoPac, Inc. (Response 44083). The contract term is one year from the effective date with four optional one-year renewal periods.
Vendors must be authorized resellers with at least two years of experience in adaptive technology products and maintain "Approved" status in MissouriBUYS and "Spend Authorized" status in MissouriBUYS powered by MOVERS. Pricing shall consist of firm, fixed percentage discounts off manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) for both high-volume and low-volume items, with prices remaining unchanged during renewal periods. High-volume products must ship within fourteen days of purchase order receipt; all other products within thirty days. Required contractor services include a one-year express warranty, thirty-day returns with no restocking charge, a dedicated account manager, technical support Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time (with 24/7 support highly desirable), and product training at least twice annually at no additional cost. Delivery is FOB Destination, Freight Prepaid and Allowed, to various state agencies throughout Missouri. A one percent quarterly administrative fee applies to all payments received, due by the 15th of the month following each quarter. This is a preferred-use statewide contract with no guaranteed purchase volume; the State of Missouri reserves the right to terminate for convenience with thirty days' notice.
