This is a supplemental amendment document to the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) Child Support SETS (State Employment and Training System) Modernization Request for Proposal, which updates the cost workbook for the project. The amendment provides revised pricing information and financial projections for the comprehensive modernization initiative of Ohio's child support system. The project encompasses six major modernization initiatives: Intake/Case Initiation, Data Exchange Migration, Case Management, Financial Management, Data Analytics, and Supporting Solutions. This modernization effort is an enhancement to the existing system rather than a new application development, with a focus on implementing human-centered design principles and a cloud-native architecture. The project involves migrating legacy mainframe applications written in COBOL and JCL batch programs managed through Control-M to a modernized child support architecture that supports improved state and federal data exchanges and automated case processes.

The cost workbook update reflects revised financial requirements and budget allocations for the modernization program. This amendment specifically addresses pricing adjustments for the various modernization components and modules outlined in the original RFP. The document serves to provide vendors and bidders with updated cost information necessary for accurate proposal submissions and financial planning related to the modernization of Ohio's child support system infrastructure and operations.
