8. With Regard to SPE600-16-R-0521, Instructions, we are unclear as to what is being asked for. The section states; note for copies only: Any copy containing pricing information MUST be redacted before submission. Does that mean pricing should be removed from the copy that is submitted with the original?
Pricing can be removed from the copy or redacted (blacked out).
9. With regard to section 52.212-03 (c5 on page 22 and h on page 27) we are unclear as to if this contract is expected to exceed the simplified acquisition threshold?
The contract is expected to exceed the simplified acquisition threshold.
10. Why are there 2 separate packages one that is 37 pages (Attachment 2-OSP) and one that is 112 pages (RFP-SPE600-16-R-0521)? Do we need to accommodate both or does one supersede the other?
Request for Proposal (RFP) SPE600-16-R-0521 contains all the applicable clauses and provisions. It is the complete solicitation and should not be submitted as part of the offeror package.
The Offeror Submission Package (Attachment 2) is the package that needs to be completed and submitted to our office. It includes only part of the clauses and provisions already contained in the RFP that need to be “filled-in” by the contractor and submitted to us.
