Question/ Comment Proposed Action/ Change Government Response
SP7000‐18‐R‐1004 RFP 3 3e Document states that "Delivery personel may be required to receive security clearances.." Is the Government's intent to issue a DD254 for this contract in order for offerors to carry any required security clearance personnel? Furthermore, would the Government consider sponsoring the carrying of any personnel that carry security clearances?
DD254s will not be issued for the IDIQs or the delivery orders. The vendor must ensure all drivers are eligible for access to Department of Defense facilities in accordance with the authority in Directive Type Memorandum (DTM 09‐012) which establishes DoD access control policy and the minimum DoD security standards for controlling entry to DoD installations and stand‐ alone facilities. Vendors must also check and follow installation access policies specific to each DoD installation. Drivers must be eligible at time of the award.
Should vendor responses just consist of completing attachment 1 "CLIN List"? If responses should include additional information, can you provide specific instructions for proposals?
All submission requirements are listed in the RFP, Page 4, Section 2.
