The Red Plan
The Red Plan is a quick reference in the event of a spill of a Hazardous Material (HM) or Hazardous
Waste (HW), to include POL, at installations of the USAG Bavaria. This Red Plan serves as an immediate action tool to initiate the correct response at the earliest possible time. The Red Plan is only to be used in the early stages of a spill. All further action will be based on the entire Spill
Prevention and Response Plan (SPRP) after appropriate notifications and response actions are underway. The SPRP as the main document provides in-depth information on spill prevention, response, notification, and cleanup procedures. The SPRP is available at the USAG Bavaria
DPW Environmental Division (ED).
