1. Is there a picture of the compressor room?

A: attached

1. Can you provide dimensions and/or floor plan of the compressor room?

A: There is no room. The area is approximately 25’ x10 ‘. See the attached picture.

1. On the Q&A document #3, we are not confident we would be able to connect to the existing piping since Ingersoll Rand has utilized proletary piping which is challenging to connect; our experience has shown the connections are obsolete. Could you provide a close up picture of piping including connections?

A: Refer to the attached picture. The piping is 2” diameter plastic coated aluminum. If this piping will not work with your compressors, it is the responsibility of the contractor to replace the piping and integrate into the building main fee line to the equipment.

1. Any possibility a site visit could be scheduled? It would be particularly helpful to address the piping question above.

A: It is too late to make a site visit in the bid process.
