Amendment 0001 is hereby incorporated into solicitation SP3300-15-B-0003. Amendment 0001 is being issued to answer a vendor question.

Question: I am trying to download the documents from the FedBizOpps website and it appears that some of the documents are protected and a password is required. Where do I go to establish a password?

Answer: These forms are not required for bidding purposes. When a contract is issued, they are required to request construction badges for contractor personnel. Password will be provided at time of award.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
