INTRODUCTION

This Statement of Work ("SOW#2") is a continuation of SOW#1 (executed April 2026 through June 30, 2026) and is subordinate to the statewide Statement of Work entered into between StreamLink Software Inc. DBA AmpliFund services and products ("Vendor") and the State of Illinois ("State" or "Customer") dated January 1, 2024, under the State's Contract #CPT4186144. Contract operates under Euna Solutions after the acquisition of StreamLink Software DBA AmpliFund in March 2025.

SOW#2 covers the period of July 1, 2026 through September 15, 2026, completing the original engagement period. The end date corresponds with the expiration of the NASPO Master Agreement (AR2472) and the associated State contract.
