1.2.1.4 The contractor shall provide weekly service visits and testing of water in 10 cooling tower systems and 2 loop water systems. The contractor will cover as many systems as possible on each visit and complete 100% testing within a 6 week period. A typical service visit includes collecting and performing on site testing and water analyses on boilers, cooling tower, and closed looped systems. If a problem or potential problem is known the contractor may be directed by the COR to perform a check, in-lieu of his scheduled route. The contractor’s analysis shall consist of Calcium hardness, p Alkalinity, total Alkalinity, chloride, Molybdenum, pH, Iron, conductivity and sodium nitrite. After the on-site analysis, the contractor shall report the results and make a recommendation in writing to the COR prior to leaving ANAD. If for some reason the contractor has to leave the depot prior to giving the analysis and recommendations, the contractor shall e-mail the findings to the COR within 24 hours.
