Conference Room Chairs: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials and equipment to add a table and associated delivery/installation services for the purpose producing the exact chairs and pattern design in Attachment 7 of the solicitation.

Conference Room Table: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials and equipment to add a table and associated delivery/installation services for the purpose producing a table similar to Attachment 6 of the solicitation.

The acceptable dimension range is no smaller than: 19' (feet) 10" (inches) by 13' (feet) 6" (inches) but no larger than: 21' (feet) by 14' (feet) 6" (inches).

Materials/Specifications and Size:

The table must meet the overall size requirements (see Attachment 6- Table Diagram). The top must feature a 3cm thick honed "New Venetian" granite top with bullnose granite edges sitting on a 1-1/8" thick wood sub-top with reverse bevel wood edges. There has to be a nine option #141-B power/data units with brushed aluminum lids. Each unit must be powered by a 12' cord with three prong plugs. The top will be supported by nine 2” thick panel bases. There must be a full height single wall modesty panel towards the inside of the table. Also, the stain must match the "Kimball Walnut Expresso" in the satin sheen on panel bases, modesty panels, and the wood sub-top edges.

Table box:

Table box must also include 3-pin power outlets, 3-4 quantity, with power cable long enough to reach the nearest floor box and plug into single outlet there. Please see Attachment 9- Drop-Box. Provide easy access doors for cable installation and maintenance from floor box to table box. Also, must improve AV and Ethernet cable management over that in the existing ECR The table box must include spaces or holes for, at a minimum:

• One Ethernet cable per person

• Two mic cables per person

• An additional three AV cables at seat position nearest the screen on both sides

• One or two spare holes per table box

Drop Boxes:

There are two types/sizes of drop boxes in the area that the new conference table will reside. There are a total of six drop boxes. The larger of the drop boxes are on either end of the drop boxes that will provide connectivity to the table. There are four (4) of the larger drops with a size of: 12 ½” by 14” There are two of the smaller drops (that are carpeted) with a size of: 9 ½” by 9 ½”.

AFFARS 5352.201-9101 Ombudsman

OMBUDSMAN (SEP 2017)

(a) An ombudsman has been appointed to hear and facilitate the resolution of concerns from offers, potential offers, and others for this acquisition. When requested, the ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The existence of the ombudsman does not affect the authority of the program manager, contracting officer, or source selection official. Further, the ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals, the source selection process, or the adjudication of protests or formal contract disputes. The ombudsman may refer the interested party to another official who can resolve the concern.

(b) Before consulting with an ombudsman, interested parties must first address their concerns, issues, disagreements, and/or recommendations to the contracting officer for resolution. Consulting an ombudsman does not alter or postpone the timelines for any other processes (e.g., agency level bid protests, GAO bid protests, requests for debriefings, employee-employer actions, contests of OMB Circular A-76 competition performance decisions).

(c) If resolution cannot be made by the contracting officer, the interested party may contact the AFDW/PK Ombudsman; Primary:

(d) The ombudsman has no authority to render a decision that binds the agency.
