“N/A”. If you answer “no” in any area, please provide a short narrative explanation.
When answering these feedback questions, GTMs should consider whether the contractor met the requirements of the contract, including following policies and guidelines in the SLS Guide for Language and Culture Instructors, and direction provided by GTMs.
Quality of Service
1) Using the foreign language as a tool to accomplish United States Government objectives is the ultimate goal of the training that the School of Language Studies provides. To that end, does the instructor:
a. Successfully plan and/or conduct small and/or large group language classes?

b. Use a wide variety of language teaching methodologies and techniques stressing speaking, listening comprehension, and reading skills?
2) As required, does the instructor follow techniques, methodologies, and approaches used by the office/section?
3) Does instructor adapt teaching techniques and approaches to the students' individual learning styles and needs?
4) On training and/or testing matters, does the instructor:
a. Use FSI/SLS established training materials?
b. Work collaboratively and in close consultation with other instructors?
5) Does the instructor provide students with encouragement and constructive feedback?
6) Does the instructor provide timely feedback and analysis of the students' progress and problems to the Government Technical Monitor or the Contracting Officer's
Representative and to other instructors and other staff as appropriate?
7) Does the instructor make maximum use of the technological facilities and incorporate the use of instructional technology into the instructional program as appropriate and in consultation with the Government Technical Monitor?

Does the instructor report to work and begin and end classes or activities on time?
Does the instructor attend all section and other meetings as appropriate?
