About this file

This is a Service Sites document prepared by the Department of Accounting and General Services, Central Services Division for the State of Hawaii outlining facilities eligible for coconut and other palm tree trimming services across the island of Oahu. The document identifies 35 prioritized state facilities where trimming services may be performed under contract, including libraries, government office buildings, health centers, civic centers, and administrative facilities throughout Honolulu and surrounding communities. The contractor is required to furnish all labor, equipment, tools, materials, and transportation necessary to complete trimming operations at these locations. The facilities are listed in order of priority and subject to modification by the Contract Administrator or designated representative, allowing for flexibility in project scope and sequencing based on operational needs.

The document does not specify pricing terms, set-asides, contract duration, renewal options, response deadlines, or funding sources. No information regarding incumbent contractors, current service environment conditions, or specific project timelines is provided in this service sites list. The file serves as a reference document identifying eligible locations rather than detailing the complete solicitation terms and financial parameters of the contract opportunity.
