Service Capacity at Go-Live and Expansion Plans
Altra LLC Proposal
Altra LLC is fully prepared to deliver high-quality, court-compliant supervised visitation services in both Pima and Maricopa Counties starting on Day 1 of contract implementation. Our team is structured to allow for immediate service delivery with a strategic plan for sustainable growth based on each county's needs.
Pima County
Initial Capacity at Go-Live:
Altra LLC will be ready to serve up to 10–15 supervised visitation referrals in Pima County upon contract implementation. With a dedicated team of 35 full-time and PRN sitters in this county alone, we have strong regional coverage to meet immediate service needs, including evenings and weekends.
Expansion Plans:
● Phase 1 (First 3 Months): Recruit and onboard an additional 5–10 PRN visitation supervisors to extend availability and coverage across the region.
● Phase 2 (6–12 Months): Develop partnerships with additional visitation-friendly sites and train staff in specialized supervision scenarios (e.g., high-conflict cases, therapeutic visit models).
● Phase 3 (Ongoing): Monitor referral trends monthly and expand staffing or resources as needed to maintain availability and service quality.
Maricopa County
Initial Capacity at Go-Live:
Altra LLC will also be ready to serve 10–15 supervised visitation referrals in Maricopa County on Day 1. We currently have 25 full-time and PRN sitters assigned to this region, ensuring strong coverage throughout the county and the ability to respond quickly to referrals.
Expansion Plans:
● Phase 1 (First 3 Months): Recruit and onboard an additional 5–8 PRN visitation supervisors to meet projected growth.
● Phase 2 (6–12 Months): Expand access to supervised visitation by establishing partnerships with new service locations and supporting staff through enhanced training in complex visitation dynamics.
● Phase 3 (Ongoing): Perform regular evaluations of referral volume, caseloads, and service gaps to adjust staffing and resources accordingly.
Summary With 60 trained sitters between the two counties and a clear roadmap for growth, Altra LLC is positioned to ensure continuous, high-quality service delivery at contract launch and beyond.
Our phased expansion approach ensures flexibility, responsiveness, and compliance as demand evolves.
