About this file

This is a Scope of Work document prepared for the City of Fort Myers Parks and Recreation Department for a Holiday Lighting and Decoration Installation project across multiple locations in Fort Myers, Florida. The project involves procuring, installing, and removing holiday decorations and lighting at five distinct areas, including Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, Hendry Street, Centennial Park, and Clemente Park. The scope includes installing 63 pole decorations, garland trims, LED-lit Christmas trees, and extensive palm tree lighting displays. The contractor will be responsible for supplying all decorations, lights, fasteners, power cords, and other necessary materials, with installations to be completed by a yet-to-be-determined deadline.

The project requires commercial-grade, weather-resistant, and outdoor-rated decorations that comply with safety codes and do not obstruct pedestrian or vehicular traffic. Specific installation requirements include LED-lit holiday motifs, decorative bows, wrapped palm trees with warm white and green lighting, and multi-colored fence lighting. The contractor must coordinate with the City for power access and ensure all installations meet professional standards. No specific pricing, funding sources, or budget details are provided in the document, but the scope suggests a comprehensive holiday decoration transformation for multiple public spaces in Fort Myers.
