Record retention obligations extend for a minimum of three years following contract termination or expiration, with access to records granted to FTA representatives for inspection and audit purposes. The contractor must ensure all subcontractors receive prompt payment within 30 days of satisfactory work completion and maintain compliance with labor standards under the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, including overtime compensation at 1.5 times the base rate for hours exceeding 40 per week. The contract is subject to termination for convenience or default, with the Agency retaining the right to terminate at will or for breach, and all performance must continue during dispute resolution unless otherwise directed by the Agency.
