The specifications detail the requirements for snow plowing, salt application, and related snow management tasks necessary to keep parking areas, walkways, and access routes clear and passable during winter weather events. The document establishes performance standards for response times, snow depth thresholds triggering service activation, and the condition standards that must be maintained throughout the winter season to ensure visitor safety and facility accessibility.
