About this file

This is an evaluation criteria document for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts related to the procurement of a Third Referee Appointee position (RFR 2026 DOI 006). The document outlines the specific criteria and standards by which the Commonwealth will evaluate and select qualified candidates for this referee appointment role. The evaluation framework establishes the methodologies and benchmarks necessary to assess applicant qualifications, experience, and suitability for the position, ensuring a fair and consistent selection process aligned with state procurement requirements.

The evaluation criteria establish weighted scoring categories and minimum qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered for the Third Referee Appointee appointment. These criteria typically address professional experience, relevant credentials, technical competencies, and other competency-based factors specific to the referee role within the Department of Insurance or relevant state agency. The document serves as the standardized tool to ensure all applications receive consistent evaluation and that the selected appointee meets the established performance and qualification standards necessary for the position.
