MTOC Refurbishment/Upgrade 1

General Scope of Work 2 The Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Technical Response Unit (TRU), Quantico, VA is soliciting quotes for the 3 refurbishment/upgrade of a mobile command post vehicle (MCPV). The MCPV is a 2007 Freightliner M-2/112 4 chassis with a custom 22’ command box manufactured by Gerling, Inc. The command box has two manual 5 slide-outs (rear and passenger side). The MCPV is equipped with a 30’ Wilburt pneumatic mast and 20Kw 6 Kohler generator. The scope of work includes a partial electrical re-wire and a complete re-wire of radio 7 frequency and audio/video coaxial, and data wiring, including the mast; the installation of vendor and 8 government furnished equipment; the reconfiguration of interior workspace; the construction and installation 9 of storage cabinets; the installation of an audio/video system; the installation of exterior lighting and camera 10 systems; and waterproofing the roof of the vehicle.
