A quote is requested for the provision of materials and labor for the installation of tents and other structures to be placed at the Bosch Palace for the U.S.

Independence Day celebration and its subsequent removal after the event.

The Bosch Palace and its gardens are considered a cultural heritage site of the

United States and a Historic Monument of Argentina; therefore, all work must be carried out with extreme care to preserve the interior and exterior spaces.

General Considerations:

• Provision and installation of tents attached to the main building at the entrance and in the French garden of the Ambassador's residence, with connections to the main building and main and VIP entrance tunnels on the sidewalk on J.F.

Kennedy Street.

• The tents will have covered sides and be covered with fabric (color to be determined). The cover may be fabric or glass (to be determined). All fabric-covered surfaces must be fire-retardant treated.

• Provision and installation of structures to level the floors in a uniform height:

above the paving stones in the check-in tent and above the bushes in the main tent. Phenolic plywood floor panels covered with carpet (color to be determined) and a wooden dance floor (color or type to be determined).

• Provision and installation of a complementary stage support structure with carpeted wooden floors (color to be determined) and entrance steps with railings and safety markings. - Provision and installation of a roof structure with sides to protect the catering and food handling area.

• Provision and installation of two (2) removable transition ramps at the thresholds between the house and the tent.

• Provision and installation of any necessary structures to support hanging lights, projections, and/or decorations, to be determined with the Event Production

Company.

• Provision, connection, and monitoring of the heating system for the front and rear tents during the event.

• Provision, connection, and monitoring of the generator to ensure the proper functioning of all heating components for the rear tent. Heating of the front tent will be provided by connecting equipment to the main switchboard unless consumption exceeds the authorized limit at the time of the event.

• It should be noted that, while the garden tents must be assembled and ready at least one week before the event, the ramps to be installed at the corner of

Kennedy Street, the VIP entrance, and the walkway over Del Libertador

Avenue must be assembled the night before the event, and must be completed by noon on the day of the event at the latest. They must be dismantled as soon as the event concludes or early the day after.

• Submission of technical documentation, work plan, and health and safety plan prior to the start of work.

• Garden inspections to prevent broken pipes, objects, etc.

• Daily cleaning of areas, removal of wires, nails, screws, etc.

Front Sector (Libertador and Kennedy Avenues)

ITEM 1 – Roadway Ramp #1 - Provision and installation of a 1.20 meter wide by

2.40-meter-long ramp approximately on the curb of Kennedy Avenue and one along Kennedy parking space (VIP passageway). These surfaces will be covered with carpet in a color to be determined, and along the edges will have reflective adhesive for marking in a strip no less than 2 cm wide on each side. These ramps will allow water to pass through the curb but must be supported by a wooden structure to prevent movement. These ramps must be installed early on the day of the event and must be ready by noon at the latest. It must be removed as soon as the event ends or early the following day, as agreed upon with the security office

(RSO).

ITEM 2 – Roadway Walkway #2 – Provision and installation of a walkway parallel to the curb along Avenida Del Libertador, measuring 1.20 x 18.00 meters connecting to the corner. It must be horizontally levelled, maintaining the curb as a reference, even surfaces that allow safe pedestrian circulation. The supporting structure may be made of wooden beams, and the phenolic plywood boards. Must have neat, unbroken edges, ensuring stability in the joints. Assembly will be done at the last possible moment, since it will be on the Avenida Del Libertador roadway. Personnel must provide safety demarcation like cones, hazard tape and any other means considered while work is being carried out. Break down will take place immediately after the event or first thing the following day, as agreed upon with the RSO.

ITEM 3 – General entrance tunnel tent - Provision and installation of a tunnel-type tent located in the main entrance courtyard, 3 meters wide x approximately 15 meters long from the entrance gate at the corner of Av. Del Libertador and

Kennedy to the check-in tent (refer to sketch). The entire structure must be perfectly levelled, ensuring safe passage of pedestrians and wheelchairs. There must be no jumps less than 15 cm. Jumps over 15 cm will be considered steps and must be clearly marked. The support structure must be adequately counterbalanced and secure, providing security against adverse weather conditions. To anchor the system, existing floors or surfaces must not be damaged. Any counterweight used

(concrete blocks, sandbags, etc.) must be covered with canvas or a similar element, providing a neat aesthetic. The entrance tunnel will have blind sides; the tent fabric must be made of fire-retardant material or have a fire-retardant treatment. The floor must be leveled, avoiding slopes greater than 5%. The wood panels must be new or in good condition, and all edges must be firmly screwed to the supporting structure and free of gaps. Any wood found to be unsuitable will be rejected by Embassy authorities. The entrance over the cobblestone pavement via the Libertador Avenue entrance will have a small ramp to cover the difference in level between the cobblestone pavement and the tent floor, properly marked with reflective tape.

Carpeting in a color to be determined will be placed over the wooden phenolic plywood panels. Both the ceiling and walls will be covered in white fabric. The air intakes will have new grilles, and the perimeters of the grilles in contact with the tent will be properly covered in fabric. The arches/trusses will have a support structure to accommodate decorations or lighting as determined. The tunnel tent must be completed at least two business days before the event, and its removal will begin the day after the event.

ITEM 4 – VIP Entrance Tunnel Tent - Provision and installation on the J. F.

Kennedy sidewalk of a 1.50 m wide by 9 m long tunnel with an opaque roof and glass sides and a 2 m x 2 m tent located at the pedestrian entrance above the existing fence and entryway. From the pedestrian gate and into the courtyard, a tunnel-type tent of approximately 1.50 m x 15 m will continue to the check-in tent for VIP guests and will connect the entrance to the main building (refer to sketch below). The entire complex must be perfectly levelled, ensuring safe transit, and there must be no jumps less than 15 cm, which will be considered steps and must be clearly marked. The whole structure must be adequately counterbalanced and ensure support, providing safety against adverse weather conditions (strong winds, storms, etc.). Any post, or supporting structure used may not be nailed to the facade and must have counterweights to prevent damage to the facade, floors, railings, or existing railings. Any counterweights used (concrete blocks, sandbags, etc.) must be covered with canvas or a similar material, providing a neat aesthetic.

The interior entrance tunnel will have blind sides, and the tent fabric must be made of fire-retardant material or one that has been treated with fire retardant. A temporary passageway will allow connection from this tunnel with the remaining service space.

Although most of the area to be covered has an existing flagstone floor, it is likely that some sides will need to be adjusted and leveled over the paving stones. In this case, the wooden floor panels will be laid evenly, avoiding gaps at the joints. The panels must be new or in good condition, and all edges must be firmly tied to the supporting structures. Any wood found to be in poor condition will be rejected by the Embassy authorities. Carpeting in a color to be determined by the Embassy will be placed over the wooden phenolic plywood floor. Both the ceiling and walls will be covered with white new fabric, except for those areas where the sides are glass.

The VIP entrance tunnel tent must be ready at least two business days before the event and must be removed the day after the event.

ITEM 5 – Check-in Tent - Provision and installation of a 10 x 15-meter tent located in the main entrance courtyard. It will be connected to the general and VIP entrance tunnels, to the Bosch Palace building. Visitors will enter the building through the middle door and VIP will access through the left side door facing the

Bosch Palace. The supportting structure must be counterbalanced and should ensure stability and security. Existing floors and surfaces will not be damaged when securing the system components. Any counterweights used (concrete blocks, sandbags, etc.) must be covered with canvas or a similar element to ensure aesthetic appeal.

The tent will have blind sides, and the fabric must be made of fire-retardant material or treated with fire retardant. One side connecting to the Bosch Palace must be opened for wheelchair access. The floor will be levelled with the height of the granite curb, avoiding slopes greater than 5%. The tent floor must have no gaps to prevent tripping, supportting structure must be supplemented to compensate for the slope of the existing paving. The wooden phenolic plywood panels will be placed evenly, avoiding gaps. Must preferably be new or in good condition with firm edges. Any wood found to be unsuitable will be rejected by the Embassy authorities. It will be finished with carpet in a color to be determined. Both the ceiling and walls will be covered with fabric in a color to be determined.

The air injections will have new grilles, and the perimeters of the grilles in contact with the tent will be properly covered with fabric. The arches/trusses will have a support structure to accommodate decorations or lighting as determined. The check-in tent must be ready at least two business days before the event and must be removed the day after the event.

French Garden Areas

ITEM 6 – Main Marquee – Garden - 20 x 40 m marquee + 20 x 3 m connection and adjustment. This marquee will cover the central section of the French garden, paths, and part of the side flowerbeds. It will be located above the shrubs, unifying all existing different levels, using the foot of the staircase that connects the building to the garden as the tent new floor level. To unify the heights, a difference of approximately 90 cm should be considered in some places relative to the gravel, and in others, 40 cm above the shrubs and grass. This additional structure to be provided must consolidate the floor level and ensure the structural stability of the complex above the flowerbeds and shrubs. The supporting structure for dancing area and state must be reinforced. Some shrubs, due to their size, will likely protrude from the ground level, and the cutout in the structure will allow the shrubs to extend outward, with a perimeter skirting board to protect the safe circulation of people. These will be properly marked for safety reasons discussing this with the event planner. Proper documentation with calculations and installation diagrams will be submitted prior to the structures' assembly.

Prior to installation, the company must conduct inspections to locate the irrigation, lighting, and other pipes that run through the garden to prevent breakage when driving nails and fasteners. The support structure must be counterweighted and ensure secure support and stability. To anchor the system, existing floors or surfaces must not be damaged. Any counterweights used (concrete blocks, sandbags, etc.) must be covered with a tarp or similar material to ensure aesthetic appeal.

The structure must be sufficiently secure and braced to ensure the stability and protection of people and property. All necessary protections for the garden, including railings, marble steps, Paris stone trim, etc., must be installed. Pieces of carpet and wood must be placed on marble to avoid directly resting metal pieces on delicate surfaces. Wire must not be tied directly to railings; protective guards must always be placed for this purpose.

The floor structure must be perfectly level, with phenolic plywood tiles having sound edges and no visible gaps at the joints. The carpeting will be of a color to be determined, and in the designated area, there will be a dance floor and stage

(described separately). All edges of the tent must have a railing at least approximately 1 m high to ensure the safety of occupants and baseboards, avoiding gaps between the floors and the sides. These railings may be covered or coated and must respect the interior design.

The sides will be made of glass or blind panels (to be determined), with a fire-retardant treatment.

There will be at least three exits to the gardens, properly identified with signage, one exit/connection to the kitchen support tent, and two emergency exits. These double door emergency exits, with panic bar opening will open to the exterior and will guarantee a minimum of 2 meters wide and 2 meters high. Landings of no less than 1 meter with connecting steps of 17 cm at a maximum and/or gentle sloping ramps (this will be determined by the height of the tent). These landings and steps will have 1.10-meter-high railings on the sides. All exits will have emergency exit signage placed above the passageways. The floor will be carpeted with reflective adhesive borders. Railings will be covered in fabric. Sides of the tent must be opened immediately in case additional ventilation is needed. This will be determined at the time of the event.

The air injections will have new grilles, painted in the color to be determined, and the perimeters of the grilles in contact with the tent will be duly closed with fabric, neatly surrounding the entire area. The arches/trusses will have a support structure to accommodate decorations or lighting as determined. The tent must be ready at least 5 business days before the event, and its removal will begin the day after the event.

ITEM 7 – Kitchen support tent – 3 x 8 m tent. This tent will cover and adjacence to the service area (schematically marked in the attached sketch). Caution at the time to set up this tent is critical, as several utility lines run through the area, and nails will cause piping breakage. Protections for finishes will be installed protecting marble steps, Paris stone finish, benches, etc. Pieces of carpet and wood will be placed on the marble to avoid directly resting the metal pieces on delicate surfaces.

Wire will not be tied directly to the railings; protective padding will be placed for this purpose.

The floor structure must be perfectly levelled, with phenolic plywood panels having sound edges and no visible gaps at the joints. In this space flooring does not require carpeting.

The sides will be made of solid panels with a fire-retardant treatment. There will be at least one emergency exit to the gardens, one exit/connection to the main tent, and another connection to the service exit. The exit to the garden will be at least 2 meters wide and will have steps properly marked with reflective material.

The interior and ceiling, columns, and support elements will not be covered with fabric.

Removal of this tent can begin the day after the event.

ITEM 8 – Stage – Supply and assembly of a stage measuring 8 meters long x 4 meters wide x 0.70 meters high. If the supporting structure rests on the flowerbed, it must be placed between the bushes, taking care not to damage them and placing wooden blocks where the legs are placed. The upper finish will have a properly leveled phenolic plywood board floor, without any unevenness, it will be carpeted, and the structure will be covered on the sides with a skirt of a color to be determined. It will have two staircases (location to be determined) with steps of risers no higher than 20 cm and steps of a minimum of 23 cm. The removal of the stage and all its components will begin the day after the event. Steps must have railings for safe access to stage. Perimeter of the stage will have reflective adhesive tape marks for safety reasons.

ITEM 9 – Dance Floor – Provision and installation of an 8 x 10-meter dance floor, made of varnished wood or checkerboard type, to be determined. It will be in front of the stage, covering the central space. The dance floor will be removed the day after the event. Structure below the floor must be reinforced.

ITEM 10 – Heating – Electric heating equipment must be provided for the front and main tents. The technical data, including the technical sheet and details, must be submitted to the Facilities Maintenance department for approval as soon as the service is contracted. It is essential to present the consumption data to determine the generator's capacity and whether the equipment for the check-in tent can be connected to the main control panel.

The equipment used must be safe and connected to a sectional control panel with a thermal switch. They must be located outside the tents, ensuring ventilation from all four winds. The area must be delimited to prevent visitors from approaching it

(cordoned of with a fence). The cables must be secured, and if there are any crossings, they must be routed in a plastic channel holder provided by the contractor. The articulated air supply ducts to the tents must be new and in good condition. The grilles must be new, painted white or a color to be determined, and securely attached to the wooden frames at the sides. This equipment must be installed and operational the day before the event. A person from the company will be responsible for operating this equipment throughout the event. This equipment will be removed at the end of the event or at the latest the day after.

ITEM 11 – Power Generator for heating system in back tent – A generator will be provided to power the heating equipment in the main tent. A team member must be on duty during the event to start it up, operate it, and handle emergencies. They must have tools and equipment to troubleshoot any issues. The generator can be removed at the end of the event or the day after. The contractor must have a backup plan in place in case of problems with the generator, ensuring it can be replaced immediately.

ITEM 12 –On-Call person – A person from the tent team must be on-call during the event to handle any emergencies. They will have tools and equipment to troubleshoot issues with floors, sides, siding, etc. Likewise, a person will operate the heating equipment and have tools to handle any emergencies that may arise.

Both people must arrive at least 4 hours before the event and remain until the end of the event. They must wear appropriate attire to be able to move among the guests if necessary.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEETING

Once the contractor has been selected, prior starting the work, a meeting will be held with the Residence's Facilities Maintenance section to coordinate installation details and protection of both people and the building. When installing tents and/or floors, the aforementioned section will be consulted on the appropriate method to protect surfaces such as marble floors, railings, exterior and interior Paris stone facades, shrubs, etc., by placing mats, foam rubber, or the specified material where appropriate. When placing tents in the gardens, it will be verified that the plumbing lines will not be damaged by driving nails or fasteners, nor will railings, fences, or any historic structures be damaged.

The company must submit detailed construction plans and load studies for analysis by the Facilities Maintenance section. These plans will also include the location of emergency exits and details of structural support for floors, decorations, security, etc. This documentation must show the construction details, identifying materials, structures, and protections, ensuring the safety of people and property. These must be submitted at least 20 days before the start of work. They must be fully approved before the project begins.

The delivery date for materials for the rear tent (the largest and most complex structure) cannot begin later than May 26, 2026.

GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS

1.1. All work will be performed on-site in the space designated by the United

States Government.

1.2. The schedule of activities at the residence will take priority over the erection project; therefore, the Embassy may continue to use the performance spaces simultaneously while erecting and dismantling structures. The contractor must be prepared to work after hours or on weekends if necessary.

1.3. The work will be completed in phases and will be arranged with the

Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) according to the work plan and in coordination with scheduled events.

1.4. The contractor must be prepared for unforeseen events based on Embassy activities and will arrange worksite conditions as requested by the COR.
