About this file
This is a pricing schedule document (Schedule B) for RFP 26-2668 issued by the State of Michigan for emergency environmental cleanup and remediation services on an as-needed basis. The schedule establishes the pricing framework that bidders must complete to propose their costs for environmental remediation services that may be required on an emergency basis throughout the contract term. The pricing structure is designed to accommodate variable project scopes, allowing the state to request services reactively as environmental emergencies arise rather than through predetermined project parameters.
The document sets forth the pricing methodology and rate structure that qualified contractors must provide, including labor rates, equipment costs, material expenses, and any applicable overhead or administrative fees associated with emergency response and environmental remediation work. This as-needed contract structure enables the state to rapidly engage pre-qualified vendors without conducting separate competitive procurements for each individual emergency situation, ensuring timely response to environmental incidents while maintaining cost controls through competitive bidding of the initial rate schedules.
