About this file
This is Addendum Number Two to RFP 26-14-E issued by the St. Mary's County Metropolitan Commission for general engineering services. The addendum modifies the original request for proposals from professional engineering firms to provide evaluation, design, and inspection services across environmental, geotechnical, water and wastewater systems, project management, cost estimating, construction engineering and inspection, and bidding services through all project phases and close-out. The document addresses clarifications, modifications, or additional requirements to the original RFP solicitation; however, the specific substantive changes contained within this addendum are not detailed in the file summary provided.
The addendum serves to update or supplement the terms, conditions, or technical requirements established in the original RFP 26-14-E. Firms responding to this opportunity should review this addendum in conjunction with the base RFP document to ensure full compliance with all current requirements. Prospective bidders must incorporate all provisions of Addendum Number Two into their proposals to be considered responsive to the St. Mary's County Metropolitan Commission's engineering services solicitation.
