By 2040, Pflugerville’s vision is to become a community that thrives as a modern and charming community, fostering an atmosphere of inclusion for its diverse culture and heritage, while creating first-rate parks, vital infrastructure, employment opportunities, and entertainment options. A key component of that vision is the opportunity to revitalize Downtown Pflugerville, which is further supported by the following action items in the adopted Strategic Action Plan 2026-2030:

Action 6.3: Capitalize on the game-changing Downtown revitalization.
