ADDENDUM TO REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
RRP NO: #2026-02 Pocahontas Landmark Center Feasibility Study
RFP DATE: 5/18/26
ADDENDUM NO: 2
The following items represent changes, corrections, modifications, and/or clarifications to the Contract Documents for this project.
1) Question: The schedule indicates 274 days to complete the project from contract execution.
Does this deadline apply to phase 1 services only, or both phase 1 and optional services (if awarded) including supporting the construction solicitation process, contract administration, and construction closeout services?
Response: The County and PCPS would like Phase 1 to be completed within 274 days of contract execution.
2) Question: Per the RFP, the pre-bid meeting was scheduled for 5/5, but I am assuming it was meant to before 6/5 as the RFP was published 5/18.
Response: See Addendum 1
3) Question: The RFP lists two anticipated dates for the pre-proposal meeting on site: May 5 and May 26. Can you confirm if the meeting has already happened, and if not, when will it happen?
Response: See Addendum 1
4) Question: On the first page of the RFP, you ask for 6 copies, one original and that the electronic copy should be uploaded via Eva only. However the following paragraph states that the digital copy should be on a USB drive submitted in a sealed container. How do you want us to submit the electronic copy? Via Eva or on a USB drive?
Response: Electronic proposals shall be submitted via eVA. The USB drive is required for Mailed or Walked-in proposals.
5) Question: On page 7 of the RFP, you state “Proposal content shall contain the following information in a 3-ringed, tabbed binder….” Is the 3-ringed binder the only way that you will
RFP 2026-02 Pocahontas Landmark Center Feasibility Study ADDENDUM # 2 6/22/26 2 accept the proposals or will another binding method be accepted (binder clip, coil bound, staple, etc.)?
Response: 3 Ring Binders or Coil Bound are acceptable binding methods.
6) Question: Would the completion of the feasibility study preclude a consultant from proposing on any future services related to the Pocahontas Landmark Center construction?
Response : No
7) Question: Is there a tentative timeline for next steps following the completion of the feasibility
Response: No
8) Question: Please email me this sign in sheet.
Response: See attached
9) Question: Page 5 states "Proposal shall be limited to a maximum of 30 total pages (front and back acceptable and excludes tabs) using no less than a 12-font size." Does this instruction mean that offerors may have 30 pages total that are double-sided (resulting in 60 pages of content front and back), or that we may have 15 pages double-sided (resulting in 30 pages) Response: Each sheet of paper counts as one page, even if it is printed double-sided.
RESPONSE MUST ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF THIS ADDENDUM ON BID FORM
All other terms and conditions remain the same.
