About this file

This document is a response to clarifying questions for Request for Proposals (RFP) #2022-27 issued by CareOregon, a healthcare organization that provides services to Medicaid and other customers in Oregon. CareOregon is seeking to acquire a new care coordination software platform that will provide comprehensive care coordination functionality, reporting, analytical capabilities, and member engagement features. The initial contract term is 5 years with optional annual or multi-year renewals. Vendors were asked to provide demonstrations of their solutions, and CareOregon has adjusted the demonstration dates as outlined in Addendum #1. CareOregon is interested in a SaaS-based solution but is open to on-premise hosting, and requires vendors to describe the benefits and drawbacks of each approach. CareOregon has an existing Enterprise Data Warehouse that vendors should be able to integrate with, and is seeking a full solution to meet all the requirements outlined in the RFP.

Regarding pricing, CareOregon requires vendors to complete the Exhibit B - Pricing Workbook with all costs associated with meeting the RFP requirements, including data migration. CareOregon is open to vendors partnering, but expects a single prime vendor to submit the proposal on behalf of the partnership. The RFP covers a wide range of functionality across care management, analytics and reporting, consumer engagement, and pharmacy and transportation, and CareOregon is not seeking partial bids.
