About this file

This is a Price Schedule exhibit (Exhibit D) for SWIFT Event #2000018448, issued by the Minnesota Department of Transportation (DOT) for radio tower air conditioning units and related equipment. Vendors responding to this solicitation must provide pricing for seven line items: three AC unit models (2-ton, 3-ton, 4-ton, 5-ton, and 6-ton series with varying specifications), and one Bard MC4002-AC Lead/Lag Controller system designed to manage dual wall-mount units in alternating sequences. All requested items are priced per each (EA) unit, and vendors must complete pricing for all highlighted line items. Comprehensive specifications for each item are contained in Exhibit C: Specifications, Duties, and Scope of Work.

Responses must be submitted using the Excel Price Schedule provided with the event in Microsoft Excel 97-2003 (.xls) or Microsoft Excel 2010 (.xlsx) format only; the State reserves the right to reject submissions in PDF or other unsupported formats. Vendors must download the Price Schedule to their desktop, complete all yellow cells with typed responses including company information and unit pricing, and upload the completed file to the Line Details section of the event while selecting the "I HAVE ATTACHED MY PRICE SCHEDULE" checkbox. Failure to provide pricing for all line items or to use the required Price Schedule format will result in rejection of the response. Vendors requiring submission assistance should contact the Help Desk at 651-201-8100, Option 1.

WHEN RESPONDING TO A SWIFT EVENT
STEP
1A Price Schedule in Excel® (.xls) is attached to the “Line Details” of the Event. You must “download” and save the Excel Price Schedule to your desktop before you can begin filling in your offer and complete the Price Schedule. 2 Responses will only be accepted on the Price Schedule included with the Event in Microsoft Excel® 97-2003 Workbook (.xls), or Microsoft Excel®2010 Workbook (.xlsx). The State reserves the right to reject any Price Schedule not submitted in .xls or .xlsx format.
