About this file
This is a Request for Bid (RFB) issued by the New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services (DAS) for pavement crack sealing, seal coating, and pavement marking services. The project encompasses maintenance and repair work on state-owned pavement surfaces across multiple locations within New Hampshire. Bidders are required to submit responses by the specified due date outlined in the solicitation documents. The contract will be awarded to the lowest qualified bidder meeting all technical and administrative requirements. The contract term and any potential renewal options are established based on the state's operational and budgetary needs for pavement maintenance services.
Pricing for this work will be submitted on a unit-cost or lump-sum basis as specified in the bid documents, with payment terms and conditions defined in the contract award. The solicitation may include specific set-asides for small businesses, women-owned enterprises, or other designated vendor categories depending on New Hampshire's procurement policies. Any incumbent contractor information and current pavement conditions across the state properties are documented to provide bidders with baseline information for estimation purposes. Funding for this contract is sourced through the state's transportation or facilities maintenance budget. Bidders should review all technical specifications, site conditions, material requirements, and scope limitations detailed in the supporting documentation to ensure accurate and competitive proposals.
