About this file
This Addendum #1 is issued by the New Hampshire Division of Procurement and Support Services for Bid Invitation 2026-498 regarding pavement crack sealing, seal coating, and pavement marking services. The addendum, dated July 21, 2026, supersedes previously submitted documents and requires all changes noted in the addendum to be submitted with bids. The original bid closing date listed in the transmittal letter is August 14, 2025, at 12:00 PM Eastern Time, though this appears to be a typographical error given the addendum date of July 21, 2026. Purchasing Agent Sarah Trask (NH.Purchasing@das.nh.gov, 603-271-6864) oversees this solicitation. Bidders must submit a signed transmittal letter with their bid response, certifying that they have reviewed and agreed to be bound by all bid terms and that pricing was established without collusion. The bid shall remain effective for 180 days from the bid closing date.
Vendors submitting bids must certify compliance with New Hampshire RSA 21-I:11-c requirements, including attestations that neither they nor their subsidiaries, affiliates, or principal officers have been convicted of bidding violations or antitrust offenses within the past two years, been debarred from federal or state work, failed to cure defaults on government contracts, or been placed on debarred parties lists. All authorized signatories must confirm that State of New Hampshire terms and conditions are accepted and that any alternative terms and conditions submitted by the vendor are null and void. Complete bid documents and additional addendums are available on the state's purchasing website at https://das.nh.gov/purchasing/vendorresources.asp.
