DRMS Consoles

Requirements Document

For

704th Test Group/704th TG Det 1

1.0 PURPOSE

The 704th Test Group (704 TG) mission is to be the premier provider of unique test and evaluation capabilities relevant to tomorrow’s warfighter through world-class people improving technical excellence, cost-effectiveness, and agility. 704 TG Det 1, an element of 704 TG, manages the National RCS Test Facility (NRTF), the premier DoD facility for RCS testing. NRTF specializes in the RCS characterization of full-scale, aerodynamic vehicles and antenna radiation pattern development. NRTF products directly support weapon system development programs, vulnerability assessment studies, and mission planning efforts throughout the DoD. The 704 TG DET 1 requires consoles for 2 new buildings.

2.0 SCOPE

The Contractor shall deliver 4 consoles to the Mission Control Building and 1 console to the Radar Support Building and meet the following requirements:

2.1 5-consoles - 3 individual workstations per console and no gaps between each workstation

2.2 Slatwall for mounting monitors and accessories

2.3 1-Slatwall mounted LED Task Light per workstation

2.4 Each workstation shall have fully articulating monitor mounts to install 4-27 inch monitors in a 2x2 or 4x1 monitor configuration – weight range 7- 12 lbs

2.5 Console dimensions shall be 144 inches (min) to 216 inches (max) x 36 inches depth x 28 inches (min) to 30 inches (max) tall

2.6 30”W swing-out locking CPU mount per workstation

2.7 2-110v power outlets per station

2.8 Cable management area

2.9 Delivery and Installation included

3.0 MILESTONES

The contractor shall deliver the consoles no later than 120 days ARO.

4.0 DELIVERABLES

Before delivery, the contractor shall call Brad Chavez at (575) 572-8290 or email bradford.chavez.3@us.af.mil to schedule a delivery date and time. The contractor shall then meet a NRTF employee with all equipment and documentation at: 361 Tulie Gate Road, Tularosa, NM 88352. The final delivery location is approximately a 1-hour drive west of Tulie Gate Road.
