NOTE
The NEXRAD radome is classified as a Permit Required - Confined Space. The radome contains electrical (150 VDC max and 120 VAC at slip rings) and/or mechanical/physical (moving antenna) hazards. Completion of the Lockout/Tagout (LO/TO) shutdown steps eliminates the hazards and allows reclassification of the radome as a Non - Permit Required - Confined Space. Reversal of these steps negates the reclassification and the space reverts to a Permit Required - Confined Space.
