About this file

Summary

This is a quotation dated April 26, 2026, submitted by German-Bliss Equipment Inc., an 86-year-old tractor and equipment dealer with locations in Bloomington, East Peoria, and Princeville, Illinois. The quote is for a Kubota M5L-111-SN low-profile tractor with integrated front-end loader equipment and various hydraulic attachments. The document represents a formal equipment proposal submitted in response to a procurement inquiry, with the submitting company offering service and support capabilities across its three Illinois dealership locations.

The quoted equipment package includes a Kubota M5L-111-SN low-profile tractor equipped with a Kubota LA1854 front loader featuring hydraulic self-leveling capability and a quick-attach 72-inch loader bucket, along with 48-inch pallet forks and frame. The tractor is powered by a Kubota V3800 turbocharged diesel engine delivering 105.6 gross horsepower and 89 PTO horsepower, and includes a creep kit transmission providing 18 forward and 18 reverse speeds, two rear hydraulic remote valves, 540 RPM independent rear PTO, switchable three-point hitch (Cat 2 to Cat 1), and front and rear work lights with Titan tires. Two specification variations are noted: the seat is a padded suspension rather than air-ride seat due to the low-profile design requirement, and the operator station right side is partially enclosed to protect controls from low-hanging branches, with entry and exit only from the left side. No pricing information is included in this document.

To Whom it May Concern Our 86-year-old company is an established Tractor and equipment dealer with many major brands represented. We are quoting the Kubota M5L-111-SN Low Profile tractor with the Kubota LA1854 front loader with hydraulic self-leveling loader valve and a quick attach 72” loader bucket, with 48” pallet forks with frame. The tractor is equipped with Low profile Titan 12.5/80-18 front wheels and Titan 16.9-24R1 rear tires. We have included the optional creep kit transmission to provide 18 forward and 18 reverse speeds along with the standard hydraulic reversing shifter.

The tractor has 105.6 gross horsepower and 89 PTO Horsepower with a Kubota V3800 turbocharged diesel engine. The tractor is equipped with two rear hydraulic remote valves, and 540 RPM Independent rear PTO. The 3-point hitch can be easily switched from Cat 2-to Cat 1 with reducers provided. Rear work lights (2) are included, as well as front work lights.

There are only two specifications that are not met with this tractor. 1) The seat is a padded suspension seat but is not an air-ride seat. Because this is a “true” low profile tractor, the manufacturer does not want the operator sitting any higher than necessary. 2) Because of shielding to provide protection from low hanging tree branches encountering the machine controls, the right side of the operator station is partially enclosed which allows entering/leaving the operator station from the LH side. All other specifications are either met or exceeded with the Kubota M5L-111-SN tractor and loader.

Our dealerships are located in Bloomington, East Peoria, and Princeville IL. All locations are equipped to provide the best quality service for your new Kubota tractor.

Thank you for the opportunity to quote. Please contact me with any questions.
