About this file
This document contains additional procurement specifications for a Kubota Tractor low-profile equipment contract award issued by German-Bliss Equipment. The specification details requirements for a Kubota M5L-111-SN tractor model, establishing quality standards and vendor responsibilities for the procurement.
The equipment must be brand new, unused, and free from defects, with pricing including freight delivered to the specified location. The vendor must be an authorized wholesaler or retailer and provide complete manufacturer information, specifications, and standard manufacturer warranty documentation. The contract requires vendors to install attachments upon delivery, provide operator training and maintenance instruction, and supply two copies of operator and maintenance manuals. The specifications allow for "or equal" product submissions if bidders can demonstrate that alternative products meet the salient physical, functional, and performance characteristics of the specified Kubota tractor, with the burden of proof on the bidder to clearly identify alternatives with supporting descriptive literature and documentation of any modifications required for compliance.
