About this file
This document is a Pre-bid Conference Questions and Answers record for Bid B-53714 regarding Parking Lot Repair and Restriping at a facility referred to as TDF (The Department of Facilities or similar state/local entity). The Q&A addresses procedural and technical clarifications raised by potential vendors during the pre-bid meeting.
The project encompasses parking lot repair and restriping work that must be completed by June 30, 2027, and may be performed in sections with partial invoicing allowed upon submission of completed work documentation. Vendors are responsible for debris removal from facility grounds and must perform repairs to a depth of approximately 3 inches to the base core, including saw-cutting holes and crack-filling around repairs prior to recoating. Work inside the perimeter fence totals approximately 4,165 linear feet across multiple access roads and turnaround areas, with specific measurements provided ranging from 37 feet to 1,824 feet in length and 13 to 138 feet in width. The project includes patching a 15-foot by 9-foot area at the dietary loading dock. Traffic must be maintained in a 10-foot lane on two specified sections (County Road to Sally Port and Sally Port to Dietary loading dock), while other areas may be closed during work. All quotes must be submitted through BidBuy, vendors may conduct pre-bid measurements of the parking lot only, and no additional work beyond the original bid scope is eligible for invoicing.
