About this file
This document is a pre-quote conference presentation for a New Jersey state contract (T3044) for Waterway Debris Assessment and Removal Services for Disasters, solicitation number 25DPP01180. The procurement involves a four-year base contract with two potential one-year extensions, with electronic quotes due by 2 PM on July 10, 2025, and Q&A submissions due by 2 PM on June 19, 2025. The pre-quote conference is structured to address procedural questions about bid submission requirements and provides an opportunity for potential vendors to network, including small, woman-owned, minority-owned, veteran-owned, and disabled veteran-owned businesses.
Mandatory submission requirements include a Technical Quote, Management Overview, State-Supplied Price Sheet, Public Works Contractor Registration, and Ownership Disclosure Form. Vendors must possess specific credentials such as an A-901 License and Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity prior to award. The procurement emphasizes strict compliance with submission guidelines, warning that quotes missing mandatory requirements may be deemed non-responsive. Quotes must be submitted exclusively through NJSTART, and vendors are cautioned against adding additional language or making formatting changes to the price sheet that could result in disqualification. The solicitation encourages electronic Q&A submissions and provides vendor support contact information for technical assistance.
