About this file

This document is a Participating Addendum for State Contract #176-1 for Collection Services, specifically related to North Dakota state procurement. The addendum is a formal agreement between an unnamed contractor and a participating entity, designed to authorize collection services within the state's regulatory framework. The document follows North Dakota Century Code guidelines and requires submission to the ND State Procurement Office, specifically to Chad Keech at the specified address in Bismarck.

The participating addendum outlines a contract for collection services, with specific provisions requiring a contract bond not exceeding $10,000 as mandated by North Dakota law. The contract's effectiveness is contingent upon full execution by both parties, with a requirement that the contractor submit an executed copy to the state procurement office. While specific pricing, service details, and contract duration are not explicitly defined in this document, the addendum serves as a formal mechanism for authorizing and documenting the collection services arrangement between the state and the contractor.
