About this file

This document is a Participating Addendum for State Contract #176-1 for Collection Services, involving a contractor and a participating entity in North Dakota. The addendum appears to be a standardized state contract document that outlines the framework for a collection services agreement, with provisions for execution by the North Dakota State Procurement Office, specifically referencing Chad Keech as the point of contact.

The scope of the contract involves collection services, with a specific requirement under North Dakota Century Code for a contract bond not exceeding $10,000 to guarantee compliance with contract terms. The addendum establishes a mechanism for the contractor to provide collection services, with the final agreement contingent upon full execution by both parties. While specific pricing, service details, and contract duration are not explicitly defined in this document, it serves as a template for formalizing the business relationship between the state and the collection services contractor.
