About this file

This document is a Participating Addendum for State Contract #176-1 for Collection Services, which appears to be a contract between an unnamed Contractor and a Participating Entity in North Dakota. The document is a standard state procurement template designed to establish the framework for a contractual relationship, with provisions for executing a specific state-level contract for collection services. The North Dakota State Procurement Office, specifically represented by Chad Keech, will receive a copy of the executed agreement.

The Participating Addendum outlines the authorization for the Contractor to provide collection services, with a specific requirement under North Dakota Century Code 57-01-13(2)(c) mandating a contract bond not exceeding $10,000 to guarantee contract compliance. While specific details about the exact collection services are not provided in this document, the addendum serves as a formal mechanism for establishing the terms of engagement between the state and the service provider. The contract becomes effective upon full execution by both parties, with designated spaces for signatures, printed names, titles, and dates from both the Participating Entity and the Contractor.
