About this file

This document is a Participating Addendum for State Contract #176-1 related to Collection Services, involving the North Dakota State Tax Department. The addendum appears to be a formal agreement template establishing the framework for a contractor to provide collection services, with provisions for contract execution between a participating entity and a contractor.

The addendum outlines key administrative requirements, including a contract bond requirement of up to $10,000 as mandated by North Dakota Century Code, and establishes protocols for contract distribution and execution. While specific details about pricing, service scope, and contract duration are not fully completed in this template, the document provides a standardized structure for formalizing a collection services agreement, with an emphasis on compliance and proper documentation through the North Dakota State Procurement Office.
