About this file

This document is a Participating Addendum for State Contract #176-1 related to Collection Services, involving the state of North Dakota and an unnamed contractor. The addendum appears to be a standard state procurement document that establishes the framework for a contractual relationship between a government entity and a collection services provider, with provisions for executing a formal agreement through the North Dakota State Procurement Office.

The addendum outlines the scope for collection services, with a specific requirement under North Dakota Century Code that mandates a contract bond not exceeding $10,000 to guarantee contract compliance. The document provides a template for establishing primary contacts, setting an effective date, and establishing distribution protocols for the executed agreement. While specific details about pricing, service volumes, or contract duration are not explicitly stated in this document, it serves as a procedural mechanism for formalizing a state-level contract for collection services.
