Payment will only be made for complete and accepted inspections and forms.
Item 15: Bypass Pumping (Each)
Bypass pumping will be measured for payment by each setup completed. If flows are too high for inspection, Contractor shall evaluate if flows are low enough at a different time of day. If flow levels do not drop low enough to successfully complete a CCTV inspection, Contractor shall request bypass pumping. Bypass pumping must be approved by the County. Bypass pumping includes payment for all work, equipment, and materials and incidentals necessary to perform installation and removal of sewage flow control required to bypass or divert flows around area of work and provide uninterrupted sewer service. Multiple bypass pumping events required for the same pipe segment shall require separate
County approval.
