About this file

This is an Offeror Acknowledgements document for the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce's Assessment Forensics and Security Services contract opportunity. The document requires all prospective offerors to acknowledge and comply with specific legal provisions mandated by the State of Ohio before submitting their technical proposals. Failure to complete and submit the acknowledgement may result in proposal disqualification or modified final contract terms.

The acknowledgement form establishes that offerors must confirm their understanding of prohibited legal provisions, including indemnification clauses, binding arbitration, venue specifications outside Franklin County Ohio, liability limitations for state-caused losses, automatic renewal provisions, and provisions that limit the state's ability to recover replacement contractor costs. Additionally, offerors must certify that no contractor shall perform services in Russia, locate state data in Russia, or purchase from Russian institutions or companies. Offerors must also certify that all state data and documentation will be hosted within the United States and that they have no unresolved findings of recovery issued pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 9.24. The acknowledgement requires offeror name, date, solicitation ID, and solicitation name, with signature confirmation through initials or "Yes" responses for each provision acknowledged.
