Our seasoned professionals each bring a unique set of hands-on experience and skills from various sectors, including hospitality, retail, technology, and more. The Heritage Promise

We will tailor our training approach to meet the moment, working with the Ohio Department of Transportation’s leaders to understand their challenges and needs from the outset. Instead of coming up with ready-made answers, we will ask intelligent questions, engage you in business discussions, and refine our offerings to fit your employee population who will participate in the training. We commit to:

Develop a clear understanding of the organization's culture and provide you with the highest level of service.

Work with the designated POCs to fortify the education and training of those earmarked to participate.

Share our knowledge, experience, and industry best practices that could apply here.

Retain institutional knowledge for future projects and assignments to avoid back-tracking.

Agree on the metrics for evaluating and measuring the execution, quality, engagement, and insight of assigned resources and the overall partnership.

We aim to help build the next generation of leaders:

1. We believe you unlock strategic value and strengthen performance with a perfect blend of

People and Process improvements.

2. We start by helping you see your current team of people in a new light, showing you their innate behaviors and how those align with their job (or not).

3. Then we learn what you want your team to be better at and ask you to share how you'll know they are better (what measures will you use to know they are improving).

4. Our team of best-in-class consultants will share our approach to assessing, training, and coaching your people while managing the process.

5. Training ensures the team knows the best practices and why they benefit their stakeholders.
