UNITED STATES

NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION

WASHINGTON, D.C. 20555-0001

February 07, 2011

SUBJECT: AMENDMENT NO. 2

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) NO. NRC-HQ-11-R-10-0007

ENTITLED, “U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION

HEADQUARTERS SPACE RENOVATION AND RECONFIGURATION

SUPPORT”

The purpose of this amendment is to revise the response to vendor question #12 in Amendment 1. The response contained a typographical error in the lower range amount.

Accordingly, the Amendment #1 is hereby corrected to state:

“Question #12: Can you assist in clarifying the type of projects that the NRC is looking for in terms of Relevant Past Performance? Should past performance projects be single award or all IDIQ type contracts? What dollar range should the projects stay within?

Answer #12: Per the solicitation, offerors shall submit reference contracts that are similar in size and scope to the requirements identified in the solicitation. The solicitation does not dictate/require that the reference contracts provided are single projects or IDIQ/task ordering types. Reference contracts should range between $500,000 and $5,000,000.”

The Standard Form (SF) 1442 has been revised to correct this administrative error (see Attachment 1 to this amendment).

Note: This Amendment (No. 2) does not change the proposal due date set forth in Block 13 of the SF1442, which states that all proposals are due at 2:00 P.M. EST on Friday, February 18, 2011.
