About this file

This document is a template for a Notice of Vendor Pool Task Order Award from the State of North Dakota, designed to formally communicate the selection of a vendor following a competitive proposal process. The template provides a standardized framework for state agencies to notify vendors who submitted proposals about the outcome of a task order request, with provisions for a seven-day protest period before finalizing the contract.

The template does not specify the specific goods or services being procured, but outlines a procedural process for awarding a task order to the most advantageous vendor proposal. Key elements include a requirement that the selected vendor cannot begin work, purchase materials, or enter subcontracts until both the vendor and the state have signed the task order. The document includes placeholders for agency-specific details such as the task order request number, date of issuance, list of vendors who submitted proposals, and the name of the successful vendor.
