About this file

This is a Notice Regarding Award issued by the South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) Procurement Office for Solicitation 5400021953 concerning raised pavement markings in Kershaw and Lee counties. The notice indicates that additional time is necessary to complete the procurement process, and therefore the award posting date has been extended indefinitely. Prior to posting the actual award notice, SCDOT will provide all offerors with advance notification through a Notice of Revised Award Posting Date, which will be posted at least three business days before the award notice is published. This revised notice will be distributed both at the location specified in the original solicitation and via email to each registered vendor at their provided email address.

No specific pricing terms, contract values, set-asides, or funding sources are detailed in this notice. The document serves solely as notification that the award timeline has been delayed and establishes the procedure for subsequent communication to offerors regarding the rescheduled award posting date. Latricia Trapp is identified as the Procurement Officer responsible for this solicitation.
