Item 10(g) and (h): Access to foreign government information and NATO information requires FINAL U.S. Government clearances at the appropriate level. Prior approval of the contracting activity is required before subcontracting (NISPOM Ch.10, Sec. 3). All cleared personnel are required to have NATO briefings conducted and kept on file (NISPOM Ch.10, Sec. 7).

• Classified or unclassified technical papers to be presented at a classified symposium must be approved by the Contracting Officer's Representative prior to the presentation. • All contractor requests for sharing of classified and other sensitive information between prime contracts must be forwarded in writing to the NSWCPD Security Office identified in block 16 of this form for approval.

• Security classification guides (OPNAVINST 5513 SERIES) and unclassified limited documents (E.G., FOUO, Distribution Statement Controlled) are not authorized for public release; therefore, they cannot be posted on a publicly accessible web server or transmitted over the internet unless appropriately encrypted. Request for public release cannot be transmitted via the internet until the contractor receives final approval from NAVSEA OOD).
