Questions and Answers

Question 1- What does “a written solicitation will not be issued” mean as posted at https://sam.gov/opp/bea36d06df584509a6094d636cb8f418/view?

Response 1- RCA-HFAC Training Combined/Synopsis Solicitation Notice ID:N42158-24-Q-S041 is a combined/synopsis solicitation. When a full solicitation is issued on an SF1449 document, it is preceded by a written synopsis that is posted in advance. In this case, due to the estimated contract value, it is more appropriate to issue a combined/synopsis solicitation. The statement “a written solicitation will not be issued” was initially included to indicate that the current combined/synopsis solicitation will be the only solicitation notice for this procurement. The language has been updated to remove any confusion.
